Leadership- Rabindra Rajbhandari, FCA-Partner
Rabindra is currently a leading partner of RajMS & Co. He qualified as a Chartered Account ant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1998. He holds Master of Business Administration degree from Tribhuvan University of Nepal as well. He has attended many training programs such as “USAID/CDC Policies and Procedures and Financial Management of USAID Awards 2008” from Arlington VA, USA and “Distribution Manufacturing Financial Management Information System (two months)” from Tokyo, Japan. He has vast knowledge and past experience of more than 20 years in providing professional service on audit & assurance, tax, financial management consulting and HR consulting services to various national and international clients.
Mr. Rajbhandari had also worked as a Sr. Administration and Finance consultant in GIZ projects in Afghanistan for nearly two and half years.
Mahesh Godar, FCA – Partner
Mahesh joined as a partner of RajMS & Co in the year 2016. He is a Fellow Member of “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal”, member of “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” and served 2 years tenure as executive member of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. He completed his chartered accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2004. He was Associate Commercial Director in Thompson Nepal Pvt. Limited from January 2008 to December 2009 He had worked as Audit Manager/Consultant in BRS Neupane & Co. from August 2004 to December 2007. He also worked in the capacity of Executive Chairman in G & D Communication Pvt. Ltd, a joint venture with India.
He has worked as an Account Expert from RajMS in Institutional Strengthening project of Nepal Electricity Authority (Biggest public sector organization in Nepal) funded by the World Bank 2011 to 2012. He was responsible for preparing chart of account accounting policies in line with IFRS, cleaning backlogs and un-reconciled accounts, preparing action plan and training hundreds of staffs of NEA. He has conducted many financial audits of private companies, financial institutions, NGOs/INGOs, public enterprises, multilateral and bilateral till date.
Mr. Ashish Moktan Lama-Director
Ashish joined RajMS in the year 2004 and positioned as a Director in RajMS. He has experience of more tha n 15 years with RajMS. His expertise lies in providing financial consulting, audit and assurance services and HR Consulting to public and private sector organisations. He has indepth knowledge and experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Financial Management System and Human Resources including Compensation Surveys. In past, he has worked with Deloitte India as a financial expert for a year in a financial strengthening project of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) funded by the World Bank. He has also worked with Deloitte Belgium in many financial audit assignments of European Commission. Ashish has worked as a Financial Management Expert in “HIMALI” project implemented by the Government of Nepal and funded by Asian Development Bank from 2012 to 2016. Ashish has also worked as financial expert for UNNATI project funded by DANIDA in the year 2016-17.
Ashish has completed professional degree of ACCA with bachelor in commerce. He also holds diploma in IFRS from ACCA and advanced diploma in Computer Studies (one year) from Cambridge University.
